Cabana Cards sells Pokémon cards, trading card game (TCG) items, hobby collectibles, and related merchandise. We do not offer digital products or services at this time. All products are sold within the United States only.

4. Payments and Orders

We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. Items are typically shipped within 3 business days of order placement.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. However, if an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us at andrew@cabanacards.com and we will make it right.

Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover non-refundable payment processing costs. To request a cancellation, email andrew@cabanacards.com with the subject line: “CANCEL ORDER #…”.

6. Account Registration

Customers may check out as guests or register for an account. Registered users can view order history, save items, and track orders.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only. You may not engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Website or other users’ enjoyment of it.
