Shipping

Shipping is a flat $10 on every U.S. order, no matter the size or value of what you buy. The exact rate shows at checkout every time, so there are never any surprises.

Orders generally ship out 2-3 business days after being placed.

If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship out on the date quoted in the pre-ordered item description. Orders will not be split up – if you need non-pre-order items right away, please buy them in a separate cart.

Each order is attached to a USPS tracking number. Please check your order status using the tool below if you would like to see where it is at.

Sometimes USPS is slow – if your package is running late (over 2 week from shipping date) or you do not see status updates for 3+ days, please reach out to us using the the form below and we will look into it!

Our shop is currently online only. We do not offer pick-up or in-person delivery.

Returns

You may request a cancellation 24 hours before we ship your order. Cancellation requests sent after that window may not be implemented in time.

There is a 6% processing fee that will be automatically deducted from your refund. By requesting a cancellation, you agree to these terms.
